No. Eagles Fly Inn is able to maintain steady and predictable rates because of our commitment and focus on a specific clientele: YOU! We want you to have the hotel rates you deserve and we want our efficiencies to translate into more savings for you.

Booking:

We are accepting booking through 30 Dec 2022

Cancel as soon as possible after you know you can’t meet the reservation.  Get the room back to us so your fellow crew members can be served.  No Cancellation penalty – We know what it is like to be diverted, re-routed, terminated, cancelled, etc.

Your Membership in EFI (No membership yet? Don’t worry! We’ll help you at the front desk.) and your company crew badge.  If retired, any document, or copy of a document, showing your employment with an airline or company flight department.  On your first visit we request your picture, shoulders up, for ID for our “Closed Non-Internet System”.

Commuter flight crew (active and retired).

Any escorted guest with a photo ID and second form of ID; EFI photo upon arrival if not on file.  The Sponsoring Member normally MUST be on the property at all times the Non-Crew Guest is on the property.  Early check-in may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ACCOMMODATIONS and AMENITIES:

As we open: Fitness Room, Free Laundry, Continental breakfast with Coffee, Business Center with computers for company account access, Conversational areas in “Ralph’s Landing”. 

Coming soon! Internal Cafe` with food 20-hours/day, No-Host Adult beverage center, massage therapy, free shoe-shine, and more!

Any of the delivering services or restaurants can deliver to the Club-Hotel.  EFI also, while we don’t have an internal café, will provide transportation to/from any establishment within 2 miles with advance arrangements.

Our First property is in Houston, near IAH, and serve HOU as well.  This is our Beta property as we have just started.  More properties added as soon as possible.  We’ll announce our next city soon!

Our physical address is delivered to guests upon booking. The address is not available to the public to keep your stay as safe and secure as possible. Access to the hotel is normally via the airport shuttle.  Houston-Hobby: we’re coming your way soon, just to be closer to you!”

SHUTTLE AND TRANSPORTATION

24/7. Currently Upon Request.  Your phone call just after you land – For Airport Pickup.  On Request with 1-hour notice for Club-Hotel-to-Airport.  We will announce when we go to every half-hour at top and bottom of hour, and hours we’ll be running the automatic Van schedule.

IAH Pickup/Dropoff Point is Concourse B Door 105.  This is the spot during IAH construction.  For HOU: Hotel/Motel Spot at front of Terminal.

The Van runs Only on Cell Phone time, no other time piece. When we go to a regular schedule for the Van depart times, top and bottom of each hour means at 00 and 30 past the hour.  At 31 past the Van will have departed. – Plan on it.

 Plan on being at the pickup point at airport and Club-Hotel-Hotel, 5 minutes before planned depart time for loading.

Yes!  Call when you land, and we’ll give you the address of the Club-Hotel.

NOTE: Please have driver turn down car Radio arriving at Club-Hotel.  The Bass of voices of talk radio is heard by sleeping Guests in Club-Hotel.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY

There is an increased and growing safety and security environment from the time you step on the Van, through your stay, and until you are dropped off back at the airport. All we can say here is: Smile!

Yes!  We have a local Guide of eateries and food sources close-in to the Club-Hotel.  Many Share-a-Ride drivers are getting to know where we are.

Yes, with prior arrangement with our Shift General Manager.  Note that this is a Membership Only Club-Hotel and not open to the public.  Your family and friends must be escorted by you for the entire duration while they are on campus.  Non-crew/Member Guests can stay overnight with prior arrangement and required check-in with our Front Desk Manager, to include a picture taken at the start of their visit.

Eagles Fly Inn (EFI) is a Privately Owned and operated Club-Hotel just for air crew and other Aviation Professionals.  In your job you are compelled to deal with bad behavior all-day, every day.  EFI is an island of retreat from all  that entitled behavior.  We covenant with All of our Guests and Member to treat you with respect, and courtesy.  The reciprocal is warranted too. 

If you have a need or issue, we can, and will find a satisfactory resolution.  Explain such needs and issues calmly, including what solution you may be looking for.  We are here for you.  The care, comfort, and welfare of all our guests must be considered. 

Each Member will be presented with the EFI Covenant of behavior when a membership is purchased.  Good behavior is driven from an individual perspective without action required on anyone else’s part.  Failure to present a professional behavior will be addressed.

Stay as often as you like. Behavior is in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

Yes, family members are welcome within the additional following boundaries:

  • Older children may stay in the Crew Room area if quiet and member is present.
  • For young children, limited “Family Rooms” are an option on a space available basis.
  • The actual member bringing Guest(s) must stay the night each time the Membership is used.
  • Members cannot send “Mom and the Kids” ahead without the member actually at the same club.
  • Guests of members may check in early before the member(s) arrives.
